DSH Wrapper Scripts

the distributed shell or dancer's shell is a tool to execute commands on a bunch of nodes simultaneously.
the dshX-scripts enhance the dsh by a copy function and easy node handling. in a cluster with different node types or changing available nodes it is useful to have a possibility to run commands on a subset of the whole nodes easily.
