Taskforce - a windows shell replacement

This was a trial to make a replacement for parts of the wellknown graphical shell. I gave up when I realized, that withal their functions the windows api gives no valid programming interface for some things (p.e.: tray icons). There are hooks necessary everywhere. The rest are bloody hacks.
